FAQ

If someone I love is addicted to drugs / alcohol, what should I do?
The first thing you should do is contact our counselors by calling or filling out a contact form on our website. They will educate you about addiction and intervention as well as show you, step by step, how you can help the person you love break free from the enslavement known as addiction.

What services do you provide?

We offer free consultation and intervention assistance by phone, mail and email. Our programs include our highly successful, long-term rehabilitation program with a proven success rate.

The treatment is drug-free, meaning we don’t prescribe substitute drugs for the individual during or after the recovery process. Our goal is for the individual to regain their true ability to live a drug and alcohol free life. Addiction is more complex than any drug will ever solve and replacing one drug for another simply doesn’t work.

We also have the most comprehensive program available to enable each individual to address and handle every aspect of addiction and the addictive lifestyle. The program includes actions that specifically address the cravings, guilt and depression associated with addiction. Our program is designed to be a complete solution. We know that when it comes to addiction to drugs or alcohol, lives are at stake every day.

We have financial advisors and an insurance verification and billing unit at your disposal. We also have staff who provide family consulting throughout the person’s treatment so that you will be kept abreast of the progress the person is making throughout their treatment.

What percentage of people completing your programs remain drug and alcohol free?
More than 70% of our graduates remain stably drug and alcohol free. These statistics are derived from many years of follow-up with both the person completing our program as well as family members. The numbers are also supported by multiple independent studies performed over the last 40 years in various treatment settings.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept most types of health and medical insurance.
What are the payment options if I have no insurance?
Our admission staff will help you set up the payment options that will best suit your needs while ensuring the addicted person makes it smoothly through our program.
What are your qualifications for admitting someone for addiction?
There are some qualifications for admitting a person into the program. To receive a list of those qualifications and/or to find out if you or someone you love qualifies, please give us a call NOW or fill out our online form.
How do you help someone if they don’t seem to want help at this time?
Every addicted person wants help at one time or another. Addiction is miserable and degrading to the person who is addicted. Those who are addicted despise the trap they have fallen into. If the person doesn’t see at this time that they need to get help, don’t worry. This is just part of addiction. The first thing you have to do is gain a better understanding of addiction and how it progresses. Our counselors will help you with that as well as help you develop an intervention plan that will work.
How can I get more information about addiction and your program?
We have a complete information package containing a brochure, a DVD with information about addiction and our program as well as various other resources that we will send you free of charge. Call 1-888-629-0444 and we’ll get the information sent out to you immediately.
